
Dorian loves Jesus and wants to see His Kingdom (His life and purpose) infiltrate every sector of society.
God has primarily called him to serve Him in the mar- Ket place. As the Executive Chairman of Umbono Capital, which develops businesses in natural resources (mining, energy, and agriculture), they have built a portfolio of assets that have the potential to bring about transformation at a national level.
Umbono’s vision as stewards, is to see these assets applied in a way that sees the wealth they create, trickle down beneficially to every single citizen of Africa.
As the CEO of PeCo Power – the developer of off grid electrification and load shedding solutions – he hopes to see millions of lives transformed through the provision of cheap, safe, and reliable sources of renewable energy. In partnership with local churches, PeCo Power has developed a Community Franchise Model that will disciple people into the kingdom and cre- ate 10s of 1000s of jobs across Africa.
In addition, Dorian serves as an elder and executive of Every Nation Church Johannesburg. He loves the local Church and wants to see it fulfil its mandate – equipping Christians to effective- ly build God’s Kingdom in the specific sphere He has placed each of them into. In 1991 Dorian and Belinda were sent from Cape Town to plant the 2nd His People Christian Church in South Africa (now Every Nation), on the University of the Witwatersrand.
Dorian also serves as a founder and trustee of the Inhlakanipho Education and Development Trust (which puts under privileged learners through some of South Africa’s best high schools) and Leaders in Transformation which equips university students and marketplace leaders with a Biblical Worldview and a passion to serve Christ. Both of these trusts are beneficiaries and shareholders of Umbono Capital.
More recently he has embarked on the process of raising capital for a Kingdom Investment Private Equity fund. This fund will partner with SMME’s that are owned and run by market- place leaders who are committed to building businesses according to God’s blueprint.

David Nama is a Bishop, strategic leader, self-starter; go getter, motivator and developer of individuals to enable them to reach their potential as God intended them to be. He is an actualized individual with a bias in leadership, strategic management and Entrepreneurship Development.
He has developed individuals into entrepreneurs as well as his own business from a market business to a household corporate entity DANA HOLDINGS LTD.
He is a sought-after speaker and influencer who has spoken in World Bank and COMESA sponsored conferences,
and many professional gatherings. He has also had the opportunity to speak at church conferences in Nigeria, Botswana, South Africa, Swaziland, and many African countries, as well as the United States of America. David is Board Chairman of Zambia National Building Society and the Commissioner of Citizen Economic Empowerment Commission.
He has won the Akinkanju Tembo Award – African American Chamber of Commerce, (for bravery and courage worthy of true community warrior), the Life Member African Chamber of Commerce Award – America and Inspirational Award – Kaniki Bible University College.
He holds a PhD, Doctor of Business Administration and Enterprise, and a Bachelor of Theology. Currently he is pursuing a Ph.D. in Business Administration and Strategic Leadership.

Mr. Lawrence is the current President of the Lusaka Chamber of Commerce & Industry (LCCI) a position he has held since January
2021 prior to having served as Vice Presi- dent of LCCI. He also serves as a Board Member of the Zambia Association of Chambers of Commerce amongst his other roles. He is a Board Member of the Lusaka Water Security Initiate
(LWSI).
He served as a member of the Botswana Confederation of Commerce, Industry & Manpower (BOCCIM – now Business Botswana). He is the Country Director of the Chicago based Global
Institute of Planning & Sustainable Development. He also serves as the Africa Operations Director for the Canadian based Mhetai Group and Managing Partner of Zanda Resource Consult Limited.
Mr. Lawrence had previously served as Chairman of the South African Transporters Forum
((Nkeshi/Shanduka– Eskom Projects). He is multi-disciplined and resourceful having gained ex- tensive knowledge and skills in leadership and management having gained high levels of expo- sure in the private sector. He has over 36 years of experience (25 years in Botswana) ranging from banking, real estate, construction, transportation, financing, policy advocacy and lobbying, private sector and faith-based leadership.
Over fifteen years coordinating multiple projects with a wide range of stakeholders. He has been providing leadership and interpersonal management (coaching) and mentoring skills.
He has served as president of the Full Gospel Businessmen’s Fellowship in Botswana as well as president of the Botswana Prisons Fellowship and the Executive Director of International Prayer Warriors General Center For Africa.
Mr. Lawrence holds a Diploma in Human Resources, Diploma in Business Administration and a degree in Business Administration and has attended several leadership developments programs.

Andrew Rucyahana is the Vice Mayor in charge of Economic Development in the Musanze District. He has served from the 30th of September 2019 to date. In his role as the Vice Mayor, he is working with the leadership team and heading up the District Project Management Committee which drives for- ward the development of the District as a Center of Excellence in Tourism.
He is the Deputy Legal Representative Center for Governance and Security Studies (NGO)–Rwanda.
The Vice Mayor previously worked as the Managing Director of Haki Construction solutions LTD where he was In charge of setting up the company, overseeing its day to day management focusing on hu- man resource training, legal counsel provision and Interface with the public and stakeholders. He was
also the Project Manager of Pearl Estates ltd, where he was involved in setting up the Company and developing the first ever Real Estate Project in Musanze in partnership with BRD-Rwanda Development Bank.
Before helping the Local Government he served in the Anglican Church as the Lead Pastor of the English service at St. John the Baptist Cathedral Shyira Diocese.
He holds a Bachelors in Law from Makerere University and is currently a MBA Project Management Candidate at the University of Kigali.

Steve Schreiner is a follower of Jesus, called in a radical life changing encounter to share the Gospel. A husband, married to his high school sweetheart, Tricia, for 39 years. Church planter and founding pastor New Life Four- square Ministries, in Laurel, Montana, with his wife.
Steve is an entrepreneur, owning, managing, and developing business concepts for 38 years. He is currently the owner and manager of Matmown LLC, a logistics provider of aggregate products, providing contracted expertise for the leasing, permitting, crushing, scaling and delivering aggregates. His company also develops franchise industrials, reserves, and solar and wind opportunities

Nathan Pinkerton’s business philosophy is to LOVE PEOPLE. It is this philosophy that has helped Nathan become successful in multiple small businesses across Midland. Gerard is an Experienced Director Of Operations, Strategy and Innovation, with a demonstrated history of working in Retail (FMCG and Consumer Electronics, Household) ,IT Startup, Web and Cloud industry. He is skilled in Strategic Innovation Management, Negotiation, Business Planning, Operations Management, Coaching, and Sales.
He has a Masters Degree in Strategic Innovation Management, a Bachelors Degree in Economics , and a Higher Diploma in Science in Computing (Web and Cloud Technology) focused in Computer Programming, Specific Applications Web, and Cloud Architecture from Dublin Business School.
Currently, he is project managing the development of renewable energy projects, and commodity trade between Africa and global suppliers. He has successfully launched and Introduced a Top 3 in the world
Consumer Electronics brand from China to the Irish market and has been overseeing key accounts over an 11 year period.
He has set up inception operations, customs clearance, VAT procedures, Sales Channel and purchase management as well as recruitment and team building. Gerard has managed projects in Telecoms, Energy, and the Mining industry on a consultative basis.
